Electric cooker installation
If you have purchased a new electric cooker or an electric range cooker, our experts can install it for you. Most all-electric freestanding cookers require up to 45 Amp dedicated power supplies.
We can also connect the electric part of a dual fuel (a cooker with a gas hob with electric ovens) appliance. Most of these appliances need a 32 Amp supply. You would need to use a separate Gas Safe registered fitter to install the gas section of your cooker, and we would take care of the electric part.
All-electric cookers have become increasingly popular because an electric cooker is cheaper to run than it’s gas-powered counterpart and they’re typically easier to wipe clean.

Extractor hood connection
Good extraction in a kitchen is essential. If you need a cooker hood fitted in your kitchen, our expert electricians can help.
Some cooker hoods can be fitted to recirculate in the kitchen. These hoods are useful when you want a hood positioned above an island unit or installed on an inside-wall. Having a hood extract outside is best, but we know that is not always possible.

Built-in hob installation
If you’ve purchased a new built-in electric hob our experts can help install it for you.
We install all types of electric hobs, including traditional-style sealed plate hobs, modern easy-clean ceramic hobs and new energy efficient induction hobs.
Most electric hobs require 30 Amp hard-wired power supplies, but some need up to 45 Amp dedicated supplies if they’re very large.

Extra kitchen plug sockets and upgrades
You can never have enough socket outlets in your kitchen. Adding additional plug sockets can have their advantages.

Built-in oven installation

Most built-in appliances need to be hard-wired. Some appliances can be connected via existing 13 Amp supplies, or hard-wired via a fuse-spur, whilst most double ovens require up to 32 Amp dedicated power supplies.
We can also install integrated microwaves, built-in plate warmers, integrated wine coolers, built-in coffee machines and integrated refrigeration.
